Pros

I really loved my ISD team. My coworkers were really supportive and I made some lasting connections. I also really loved all the managers, I had the opportunity to work with a few of them based on different projects. Everyone was really fantastic to work with on my team.

Cons

The reason I am leaving is because I am relocating to a new state. Even though I work remote I can't keep my job because I am leaving the state. This was a big disappointment to learn since this job is 100% remote. I was only here for about 8 months and had to look for a new job.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
