Pros

Team work there are constant help and motivation always know what u have to work on to make your job better. Reaching far and beyond for their customers.Treating their customers with respects. The motivation is exceptional. I love this company very much. To me working here gives u the opportunity to want to strive to do better and that because this motivation comes from the top management. I have worked in many capacities and i must say Percepta is a excellent company to work for.

Cons

Time given to finish notes and work for each call. I believe enough time given will make it more productive for employees on a performance level

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
