Pros

Pay is good and if you would have asked me the first year I would have given 5 stars and a great review. I'm almost 2 years in and now I'm not so supportive of the way raises work.

Cons

They give merit raises like any other job. But what they don't tell you is that it could be $0 depending on performance. Now I had an up and down year but more up then down. And they still felt it wasn't enough I guess. My raise for 2023 was $0. This is after bussing my butt to get to teir 1, I realized I wasn't the best last yr but far from the worse. But my dramatic increase in scores only counts for this year, and they've shown they don't care that I'm in teir 1 now, I wasn't last year. So pretty much, I'm worthless to them as an employee.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
