Pros

As a whole Percepta is an amazing place to work. Amazing benefits, very accommodating management even if your position is contract based for another company such as mine. Very decent time off and sick time. Ton of training however it can vary depending on where you work for in the Percepta umbrella. Amazing room to grow if you enjoy working here. And given many internal postings to accelerate your career even with basic schooling

Cons

Dependent on where you work in Percepta it may vary. Very strict policies in terms of Equipment. It can be a love hate relationship if where your contracted or tempt you may have some FOMO. But the transition to a fulltime employee there is a better possibility. Benefits introduction process is still incredibly confusing and even though it is a almost all day training no resources to go back to view it. Emailing HR is easy but there should be a PDF for all to access.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
