I resigned then received an email about the company filing a police report the following morning. The equipment was returned in under 48 hours.
Training is extremely difficult and disorganized. The first week was nothing but tech issues which continued into weeks 2 and 3. The trainer does not use her camera but all employees are expected to at all times (even after training). A regular employee would receive a write up for not using their camera.
The trainer missed class due to her dog dying but when I needed to miss for my 6 year old's surgery this was considered unacceptable. An agent in my class was written up for a power outage causing her to miss less than an hour of class.
The company has a policy of holding checks.
And finally the trainer openly bashed agents who are still currently employed.
The culture is extremely toxic and makes for a miserable employee experience.
