Pros

They paid what they were legally required to.

Cons

Horrible pay, uncompetitive hourly rate, was barely above fast food or big box retail. Power Hungry Team Leaders, Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, VPs and UP - that only want you to be miserable and quit so that they do not have to pay severance or get unemployment filed upon them, extremely cliquey and favoritism was rampant. There was zero flexibility in schedule and your schedule could change at any time. Mandatory Return to Office - costs you money to go into an office where you don't have to be in the office to do your job, extremely inefficient. The "job" could be done 100% remotely, gas, food, time, these have significant impact on your hourly rate and mental health. The company culture is a joke and was NOT a valid reason to enforce RTO, pizza parties did not make up for lack of raises or bonuses that we deserved. They will outsource and offshore your department to other countries to save money in the short-term with NO warning, the company values quantity over quality. This company is a full decade behind others in terms of embracing the latest technology, the knowledge base systems we used to assist our front-line agents would crash or bug out so often that getting any productive work done was always a challenge.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. At Percepta, we are committed to continuous improvement and value all feedback as it helps us grow. We’d like to address a few points you raised: Flexibility: We no longer operate in Dearborn. At our Allen Park location, we have a program called MyFlex that offers employees the flexibility to work from home up to four times a year without penalty because we know "life happens." Schedule Changes: We ensure a 30-day notice for any schedule changes, which are handled through a structured shift bid process to maintain fairness. Return to Office: While some roles may require office presence, many do not. We strive to balance operational needs with employee convenience. Offshoring: Specifically, our Dearborn operations never experienced any offshoring. Same goes for our current Michigan site - Allen Park. We are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and will continue to work on addressing these concerns. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

I've worked at Percepta as a Business Operations Manager for 11 years. Started as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted after a year to Business Operations Manager and then promoted again 3 years later to manage a program that I am still on which consists of 4 different locations, one being in the Philippines.

Cons

No cons from me as Percepta has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as BOM and accomplish things that I never would have imagined previous to working there. There is a reason I have been there for 11 years and it's because of the people I work with and the managers that I have worked for.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
