Training, team environment, decent management

Cons

Pay, benefits, PTO, they make you restart training if you leave the company and come back. Will not pay for paid holidays if you have any inconsistencies in time card the day before or after the paid holiday.

low pay for current market, eliminated 401k match, insurance is expensive
