Pros
Decent pay by Indian standards. That's honestly the only positive I found. Unfortunately, the compensation doesn't make up for the lack of stability , micromanagment and the narcissist leadership of the CEO.
Cons
● No job security, you'll be fired without prior notice ● Training is inconsistent with multiple people reviewing your work ● What one approves, another might reject without any consideration for your effort or hardwork ● Trainees are expected to sit through client meetings and understand clients that the company has worked for years. ● The expectation gap is unrealistic ● The CEO is nothing but a narcissist, self-absorbed and egomaniac look-at-me , who thinks very highly of himself for running an agnecy with hardly 6 7 client by providing them paraphrased content. ● They have a template for their content and there is absolutely no room for creativity and originality, totally different from the what CEO was talking about during interview meets. ● The work environment will feel supportive only for the first 2 weeks then the CEO will start showing true colors. ● Don't expect much of growth and skill development , because you might get fired on the 1st day or 2nd week or even after working for clients and showing results.
