Pros
The hours available and the schedule provided are ideal for someone who likes to have a good amount of time at home and days off while still obtaining a full work week.
Cons
Absolutely zero communication between upper management and staff. If you try to communicate about an issue with them, you’ll never know if it’s being taken seriously or swept under the rug. You’re always chasing goals that are exceptionally hard to meet, and if you do meet them, it means you’re putting out subpar quality work. I guess they just like to have high weight targets met but they have zero concern for the quality of the weed you’re trimming.
