Absolutely zero communication between upper management and staff. If you try to communicate about an issue with them, you’ll never know if it’s being taken seriously or swept under the rug. You’re always chasing goals that are exceptionally hard to meet, and if you do meet them, it means you’re putting out subpar quality work. I guess they just like to have high weight targets met but they have zero concern for the quality of the weed you’re trimming.

Management is untrained and under qualified. People are promoted constantly because the turnover is so high. Nobody knows what’s going on and the ceo has let his uncle run it in the ground as far as culture and care go. Greedy owners.
