Pros

Work-life balance No micromanagement You feel respected and they verbally recognize when you do things well Good paid time off benefit

Cons

There is a huge incongruency at this moment. The motto in the company is "grow for everybody" but now, the only way you can grow is the person in the technical level (senior, lead, architect" you aspire to be promoted/fired/quit. You carrear path is tied to the environments instead of your commitment and dedication. Grow maybe means more work and responsibility, not that you have bring more money to your family.

Pros

Really great people at consulting level but many are looking to leave due to latest leadership changes and uncertainty of direction in company Flexible time off is great as long as it works with your project/client and your have a coverage plan

Cons

Company was bought by EQT who is changing company’s direction- many people were initially excited but after seeing c-suite balloon from 3 to more than 10 and a reorg that has been rolled out very poorly, it has left many very confused about their roles and the good people are bailing the company or trying. The company 401k match and benefits (especially healthcare premiums) are terrible. The US employees consistently rank benefits low in employee surveys but nothing gets done about it because results are skewed with India responses. The Glassdoor results are skewed with India responses as well- look at the number of positive ones that come out of India. Things are not the same in the US. Can’t wait to get out
