Cons
As with any consulting company, its always difficult to gague where you'll be next when rolling off an assignment and that can be stressful. Sometimes you get picked up right away, sometimes there are a few weeks of uncertainty, but at Perficient, I believe management is trying their hardest to make sure you are staffed on the right project within an appropriate amount of time.
