Pros

- The company only accepts challenging projects, so that we are always working in cutting-edge technologies which helps professional development - Employees are encouraged to help improve any aspect of the company. - Experienced CEO, the key of the success of the company. - Stability, people tend to stay and help the company succeed. - It's a flat organization, due to its business model is not surprising but I can say it's the best example I can give when it comes to this aspect. - Instead of resigning, people tend to move to other projects when they need it, it's easier here than in other companies. - Free English program and activities, no need for permission or something. - Results are most valuable than working hours.

Cons

- No work from home official policy + usual working hours (9 a day, as usual in Colombia). Given the level of challenge of the projects, doesn't help for a good life-work balance. - Best engineers and technical leaders are often not the most friendly people so, some people difficult to work with are around. The company's efforts on improving this aspect are appropriated but still a challenge. -Benefits are not great, the company's benefits can't compete with what other similar companies offer.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
