Pros
The people at Perficient are knowledgeable, professional, diverse, friendly, and FUN. I get to collaborate with people across the country and the world in my day to day. Everyone is willing to work across teams and departments to make Perficient successful and there is always a unified feeling of support. I truly look forward to getting up for work in the morning.
Cons
My only reservation about Perficient when I started working here was that it would be very 'corporate' and 'uptight' but I have found the opposite to be true. It is a very fun workplace where you can express your personality. Yes, you have to use a lot of different platforms for time tracking, team collaboration, etc. and you also have to do some corporate trainings, but Perficient's large size and corporate structure has been more of a pro than a con.
