I would say Perfomatix as one of the best companies to work in Technopark. The management has a real vision and passion towards what they do and I was really lucky to work with them for almost a year. It was a great learning experience filled with a lot of fun. The best things which I see in Perfomatix are, 1. Salary on time - Worked there for more than a year and there was not even a single month where there was a delay in salary. Salary and incentives were absolutely on time. 2. The best work culture I have ever seen in Technopark companies. The management and HR team has done and still doing their best in maintaining that Work culture. I would say it as a great job since that is fundamental stuff for any startup. 3. Fun activities and Outings - There was a numerous fun activity organized by the management and HR to maintain employee engagement and reducing work pressure. There was a lot of partying for their Foundation day as well as celebration times. 4. The best place for a fresher to start their career - I can literally and blindly recommend Perfomatix to any fresher who has an attitude to learn and grow in career. Do not look further for any other company in Technopark. Perfomatix would be the best choice for you. I can give the guarantee to you. Investing 1 year in Perfomatix would be a great boost for your career which I have witnessed in my career. 5. The best workplace with great ambience - Perfomatix has made a good investment in this recently which was really a bold step in their 3rd year. 6. Performance appraisals and salary increments on the right timings all the time. 7. Fantastic growth in just 3 years - I was in the business development department and I have witnessed Perfomatix growing almost 300 Percentage in just 1 year which was an end result of a lot of innovation and Hard work which happened from each of the employees and the management.
