HR/admin team are very efficient and should be commended more for their hard work.

Toxic culture: so hard to even get a “hi” in the morning or a genuine conversation. They are very negative all the time and it all stems from the director. They don’t even give you a chance, first conversation about how your tracking along in the first couple of weeks turns into termination because they just couldn’t be bothered to train. People are way too disposable there, they forget we are human beings that have bills to pay and actually genuinely are trying. I have since heard a lot of stories and spoken to many past employees that have had the same experience but have gone on to do really well in recruitment elsewhere so it’s clearly an issue that Perigon have with not putting the right amount of effort in people to help them thrive.
