      You learn from the best - everyone still recruits at Perigon and great work ethic is lead from the top. Work life balance Cares about candidates and clients Great training for people entering recruitment No micro management Encouraging Hardworking Fun team environment! Best recruitment company I worked for and if I was still in recruitment - Perigon would be my choice

      Your next workplace will seem like heaven after being in this environment

      Cons

      Encouraged to lie to clients and candidates, unethical practices, no work life balance, very negative and putting down past employees almost daily, no clear KPI you will be given targets and then when hitting them they will be doubled, very low base salary, no training and very poor management
