Pros

Good training Travel opportunities Supportive staff from other departments.

Cons

Poor management and talent retention. Incompetent functional managers, peer support is low. Good and hardworkers are not recognized, credit goes to middle reporting managers.

Pros

Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

Cons

There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
