Pros

The teams in the field are excellent, over coming the day to day issues and working well with each other

Cons

New owners with their data crunching value group that has no idea how to run a multi product service group. employees are jumping ship and customers are turning away. actively making goals so high now one gets a bonus. No respect for work times, meeting early in the morning or late at night, as upper management cant be bothered to have 2-3 meetings for the different countries. if they don't change directions quickly this company will be worthless

Pros

Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

Cons

There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
