Great product, really good team work at a shop floor level with a real can do attitude.

Disinterested management, poor progression opportunities. Very slow to adapt and change.

Thankfully, there are some great people working in the company. Considering that we spend the majority of our lives at work, it’s a real advantage to have supportive and friendly colleagues around.

The company needs a complete shift in mindset. They are still trying to run the business with a 20-year-old approach. Experience is not valued, and they remain closed to new ideas.
