      Good base salary and if you sell, you will make good money.

      Cons

      Selling cycle is 30-120 days out. Very hard to get moving in the first year. Would take you at least 2-3 years to make serious money

      Flexible when I comes to dealing with things outside of work. Doctors appointment, kids school stuff..ect

      There are so many. I hear stories of how this company has fallen in the last 5 or 6 years
