Cons
Unprofessionalism beats any place I worked. Controller gate keeps information which makes it impossible to perform efficiently. She will never agree with you and chooses any other route in order to show she’s superior. She will however agree with her besties, whoever sucks up the most and gossips the most. It is definitely middle school on steroids. President is extremely egotistical and self centered, everyone is an alcoholic - so if you can’t brag how much you drink you won’t be part of the “club”. This is not a place to learn and grow. Controller will belittle everything about your performance whenever she doesn’t need you. If someone is a leader, they should train to lead.
