Communication Issues - Anonymous employee Persona Employee Review

No management training. Management wasn't hands-on enough to help newer employees with projects they have never been participated in. Blamed new employees and did not blame their lack of care/attention to training the employee. Some managers didn't want to set their employees up for success. No communication or review process. No clear schedule for employees. Employees expected to be glued to their computer and phone all day, although they are told they should take time for lunch and breaks. Lack of understanding.
