Fly by the seat of your pants attitude with every idea management comes up with being crammed down your throat, poor communication, poor understanding of target demographic, inability to provide steady work followed by periods of “crunch time”, poor quality pills, “Boys club” management style that shields upper management, reactionary way of addressing safety issues causes avoidable accidents/injuries, random layoffs that seem to target higher paid workers.
