Personal Administrators Response

This employee was employed by Personal Administrators for less than one month and all of the claims she makes are false. -While her resume and skill set were well suited for the position, she accepted the position knowing full well the salary. -We have specific language in our Handbook stating that employees are free to discuss their salaries, if they desire. No one is labeled or called "ungrateful". -While it is coincidental that we are an all-women company, we most definitely do have a maternity policy in our Handbook. This employee was provided with a handbook which she signed, stating she had read and understood the policies. -Personal Administrators indeed offers flexible time, which was also explained in detail at her start date. -This employee was observed by her direct supervisor gossiping about her co-workers. -Our company Covid policies, which meet with the CDC requirements, were recommended to us by our employment attorney. Remote work on behalf of Client Managers is not permitted due to the high level of confidentiality we provide our clients. This was also explained in detail, at her start date. -Turnover is not high. In fact, there is longevity at Personal Administrators. -I personally spoke with both Senior Client Managers who trained this individual and both deny ever having made such a statement about being unhappy. Finally, this employee was observed coming to work every day in tears, and according to her, it was because she was unable to cope with the presidential election. She further spent a great deal of company time complaining about her salary, how she was overqualified, and the numerous personal problems she brought to the office.

Pros

Working at Personal Administrators everyday is a joy. The team first attitude of helpful coworkers make for an atmosphere of productivity and growth.

Cons

Not all positions can work from home and it is a paper heavy workplace. Maybe some day we will go digital, although most of our clients prefer old school hard copies!

Pros

I get a paycheck from this place.

Cons

Management has large egos. Senior client managers are insecure and create a bad work environment. I can’t wait to leave.
