No micromanagement and product was easy to sell to their demographic

Cons

No commission and the free clothes were made from lower quality material than what we sold. Waiting for management to respond on Italy time difference. No room to advance.

The brand has beautiful products and working in a luxury retail environment can be engaging. Some colleagues are supportive, and client interactions can be rewarding.

Cons

Unfortunately, the regional management creates a very difficult and unfair work environment. The regional manager is often disrespectful toward sales associates and does not communicate in a professional or supportive manner. More importantly, procedures and opportunities are not shared equally with the whole team. Certain sales tools and processes are given privately to specific individuals without transparency, which creates unhealthy competition, distrust among colleagues, and a strong sense of inequality. Instead of teamwork, the environment becomes divided and demotivating. There is a clear lack of communication, alignment, and respect, which directly affects morale and performance.
