Pros
Nice collection but not good quality actually! They need to work more on this! Also they create for teenager until old woman, so they dont have a target very defined, is very dificult to work like that!
Cons
They dont pay correctly and the holidays are always a problem to take. The managers and owner are very arrogant and dont really do their job. Culture of slavery and hierarchy in the company, very unhealthy for any person. If you speak to a manager he tells you that you are not polite, because you dont respect the hierarchy...its ridiculous! But they come from a little villa in Italy and have not a really global view of nothing!
