Management was limited, so you are given a lot of independence and are encouraged to create/present your own vision of how your work can help the company. Atmosphere is collaborative and driven towards constant improvement. Hierarchy is very flat, so everybody is encouraged to ask questions and offer ideas. It is a great place to learn new skills quickly. Really great, funny people.

It's a small company so resources are tight, but employees make the best of it by getting creative and relying on data to guide decisions. That reliance on data can seem like over-management occasionally when there isn't enough sample size or infrastructure to make it useful. Once you ramp up in the initial skillset, there is a high likelihood of plateauing in your work, which can make going to work seem tedious. It is up to you to find new things to do to help the company. Too much reliance on part-time college students.
