Pros
Good base salary for entry level, and lots of benefits and bonuses. Hybrid model (3 days from home, 2 days from the office). Great place to "make a career", with great stability and potential to make big bucks (full compensations going up to 1-2kk/month for leadership or specialist roles) Potential to work with state-of-the-art A.I with good computational power (biggest cluster of Latin America). No unrealistic demands or stressful work (as most governmental companies).
Cons
What you will be working with / where you will work is kind of a Russian Roulette. The company is huge and is not a tech company, which means many leaders and managers still don't know what a Data Scientist do. Lots of bureaucracy and you can end up doing totally unrelated work. Rate of growth in salary is kind of exponential, which means in the beginning your salary won't increase much (as compared to big tech companies), but as the years pass (especially if you land an important role) the salary increases a lot.
