Petrobras is a great place to work. Very organized, clear, the company has a huge support for continuous learning with Coursera, the world´s largest Corporative University.

Cons

Clearly, it is the city where the company is situated. Rio de Janeiro is an expensive and violent city, horribly dirty, and urbanistically ugly.
