My team is very supportive and fun which makes the day to day go fast. Company culture and the transparency is refreshing. There have been many changes during my time here and there is open communication about it which gives me confidence in my job security.

An employee that isn’t the most comfortable with changes and pivoting often may not like the environment.

Autonomy and trust to do your work. Very collaborative, teamwork centric, and positive people! Great benefits too.

Start up feel at times, corporate others, with many mergers and dots to connect yourself when everyone is in the same moving boat. Poor comms between teams at times.
