Positive and friendly work environment - great culture!

I currently do not have any.

Good work life balance Most co workers are helpful and leads that may fill in from other shifts.

Depending where your work area is and who is training you, you may have to learn EVERYTHING on your own...its not that kinda job where this is possible. If a Lead doesn't want to train you to succeed, you waste away appearing inadequate. I practically learned more in one day from a lead from another shift than my own lead (day shift) in months. I'd still recommend hoping you dont get my bad apple that that had so much tenure they were "needed".
