Portfolio is still relatively small and dispersed across specialties (difficult to make commercial bundles). There are internal organisation and culture issues. Lack of clear KPIs and follow up. Supply chain issues (stock out, stock expiry). Product pipeline relatively poor and non- distinct from competitors.
