Pros
The company is forward thinking in terms of how it treats employees, we can manage our own diaries and work around home life, very flexible and really flexible with things like annual leave
Cons
Spending so much time working remotely is hard, there is an office to go to which we are also paid to travel to as our contracts are home based but it would be good if there were more planned social activities across teams
