Management practices are heavily centered around micromanagement, leaving little room for autonomy or growth. Employees are often expected to work extended hours without proper recognition or work-life balance. A major concern is the evident favoritism within higher management, where certain employees receive preferential treatment regardless of merit. Additionally, the HR department lacks independence and appears to operate under the strong influence of the Head of Delivery, who effectively controls major decisions and dictates how the organization functions. Overall, the workplace culture is challenging and may not be suitable for those seeking stability, fairness, and professional growth.

Great peer-to-peer support system, excellent hands-on exposure to payment systems, and a strong platform to build deep FinTech domain expertise.

High work pressure with tight timelines, a lack of remote/hybrid work flexibility, and top-heavy decision-making processes.
