      Good product but Worst HR and founders

      Pros

      They have got some good clients. People at ground level are hardworking

      Cons

      HR is pathetic. Variable pay is not paid. Do not expect variable pay to come as per policy if you are joining. HR lady is very manipulative. Every decision is taken by founders. Everything needs shouting in the organisation people are shouted at everyday They don't know how to treat employees well No promotion visibility

      Total toxic work culture, favoritism and dirty politics in the product management group.Treats team members in this group as servents. Worst culture to work in as thw company is run by 4-5 mid level members with employees totalling 200+
