Only reviewing because Glassdoor won't stop bugging me to - Business Development Phigenics Employee Review

Coworkers are amazing. Work life balance is pretty good. Upper leadership are people that I would like to emulate.

Not much really to say as a con. Company restructure is in progress, however, the changes have been positive.

Phigenics has a good working culture. They have good foundations and well intent. Their benefits for full time employees is competitive with the market and they are always looking for ways to improve retention of their employees.

There could be some sudden changes in roles and responsibilities within the company. There could also be title changes with a lack of explanation.
