Pros
There is a sense that your work is important, and that you are making a difference in people's lives.
Cons
The work culture is toxic. There are a lot of cliques and a lot of gossip. Management not only participates in these, but actually creates them. The turnover rate is very high, morale is low, and some of the practice managers are imbeciles. There are a lot of favoritism and cronyism, and people get advancement opportunities based on who they kiss up to instead of how prepared they are. On the issue of favoritism, I've seen management bury their top performers so members of their cliques can get ahead.
Managwment pays lip service about how much they appreciate staff for their efforts, but they don't. It is taken for granted. This is the only company that I have seen that buries their top talent while rewarding mediocrity. Pay attention to the reviews stating that all the top talent in fleeing this company. I am one of them.
Also, management offers zero support when it comes to unruly patients. No matter what happens, the patient is always right. This place has zero leadership. Go anywhere else, but here. The low score from current and former staff should be a major red flag.
