Pros

- Great benefits package - Above average starting salary for nonprofit in Philadelphia - Flexible use of sick days and vacation time - Quickly growing - Funds are available to staff and for programs

Cons

- Office culture: management does not like nor encourage feedback, change or basic questioning; blame is common - Nepotism is HUGE - You are solely expected to do your job and nothing else - Career growth means keeping you mouth shut and sucking up to your boss and other higher ups - Most managers are figureheads rather than leaders - Yelling is a common method of communication - HR has it's hands tied on how to handle bad managers thanks to the nepotism -"This is how it's always been done" mentality

Pros

Company takes care of it's employees: the benefits are good, paid holidays and PTO generous, culture is liberal and snowflake-y. They take care of the little guy and there is a lot of diversity (everywhere but the top).

Cons

C-suite and upper level management is not diverse enough, especially for the type of organization that it is. Very toxic, narcissistic, disorganized upper level management.
