-Free tickets to (most) games
-Solid leadership with open door policy, most are nice enough to lend assistance/an ear
-Office/Sales Department camaraderie
-Potential postseason experience (I saw the 2022 World Series run and it was a lifetime moment)
Cons
-Long hours (working Mon-Fri 9-5 plus home games and events) from March through September/October; don't give enough WFH/vacation days to balance the workload (5 vacation days for interns, 10 for full time employees)
-Takes a few years to promote people once they are full time employees (sales associates are one-year interns)
-"Clients are always right" mindset, which sounds good on the surface, but fans tend to bully/complain their way into getting what they want throughout the season and you are always on the front line to deal with it
