- A good number of people are kind, collaborative, and accommodating
- Monthly potlucks are worth looking forward to
- Workforce is made up of mostly women
- Exposure to "proper" agency processes
Cons
- Office is not conducive for working
- Office policies were not friendly to neurodivergent people
- Despite the workforce being mostly women, there was a former head who was quite the misogynist
- Several coworkers were bullies and did not know how to deliver constructive feedback or carried a condescending attitude. One of them told me that "I deserved to get fired" and that my only place in the company was in the digital department.
- Little to no room for career growth, growth for them means being "all-around" instead of specializing in 1-2 things

Pros
Meet clients from different industries
Exposure to different projects and tasks
Agency experience for your CV
Cons
Quick turnover of employees
Employees who have been there long have become complacent - sleep at work, come in late, leave in the middle of the day sort of thing
Hard to find and close deals with clients
Doing work beyond job description
Unequally skilled pool of employees
Creatives are old
Not enough people doing in-demand jobs (graphics, digital) but too many people hired for accounts
Top management doesn't understand the needs of employees
TIP: Watch out for an ATL head. Run away from her if you can.
