A highly cliquish environment with little to no room for growth
Pros
- A good number of people are kind, collaborative, and accommodating - Monthly potlucks are worth looking forward to - Workforce is made up of mostly women - Exposure to "proper" agency processes
Cons
- Office is not conducive for working - Office policies were not friendly to neurodivergent people - Despite the workforce being mostly women, there was a former head who was quite the misogynist - Several coworkers were bullies and did not know how to deliver constructive feedback or carried a condescending attitude. One of them told me that "I deserved to get fired" and that my only place in the company was in the digital department. - Little to no room for career growth, growth for them means being "all-around" instead of specializing in 1-2 things
