This company is growing like crazy! It is so exciting to be apart of the growth. Great CEO, Benefits, and coworkers. CEO is very involved and cares so deeply for all employees. It is a refreshing atmosphere.

No cons to mention! Every suggestion is taken into consideration and discussed.

I've been working here over a 5 years and the owner has been so generous to all of the employees. We were down for almost a week after hurricane Irma and every w-2 employee got paid for all of those days. Personally, I've been allowed and encouraged to learn and grow as much as I possibly can in this industry. She has paid thousands and sent employees to go to out of state to attend seminars at the NCRA conventions. Paid for flights, my hotel rooms, the seminars, everything. I've worked for huge companies in the past and the benefits here are just as good if not better. If you are looking for a positive atmosphere to work in; look no further. I plan on retiring here.

I can't think of anything negative to say about working here. Not one thing.
