Being a small company based in both the UK and USA, it continues to face a lot of growing pains while attempting to become a global corporation. It suffers from a lot of the "small town" and "good ole boys networks" you would be familiar with if you worked at a small employer. Myself, and many of my other US counterparts feel underutilized, and since the majority of management is UK based, feel our advice is often not heeded, or simply falls on deaf ears. The salary and benefits (US office) are below average.
