Pros

Great place to start your career to understand TMFs, training and support good. Management collect feedback routinely and make improvements, they know they can't compete with bigger companies so they do try.

Cons

company continues to grow and there are bottle necks of works. Two main groups RO and eTMF, really they are one. It would be easier if they were one. Limited growth opportunities once you know your way around a TMF.

If you have no experience this is a fairly good place to work.

Cons

Persons with education and experience are not respected. Discrimination is noticable. The money is inadequate. Training is given but not applied. Perks are traps.

Working here has the typical challenges and benefits of working for a small company

Pros

I would consider it a low stress place to work, and a solid starting point for entry-level employees.

Cons

Being a small company based in both the UK and USA, it continues to face a lot of growing pains while attempting to become a global corporation. It suffers from a lot of the "small town" and "good ole boys networks" you would be familiar with if you worked at a small employer. Myself, and many of my other US counterparts feel underutilized, and since the majority of management is UK based, feel our advice is often not heeded, or simply falls on deaf ears. The salary and benefits (US office) are below average.
