Pros

fast-paced, unbelievable vision/purpose. I honestly believe PhoenixMart will change American commerce dramatically. I'm thrilled to be a part of such a worthy project.

Cons

This is not for everyone. PhoenixMart is just beyond the early stages when it is a small team, but not yet to the well-established structure that a 50-year company would provide. There is certainly a lot of pressure to perform. For the right person, this is fine, but for others this pressure is too much.

Pros

My co-workers (present and past) and general staff are nice and somewhat talented. Made some good friends.

Cons

So much to write about this company, don't know where to start. If I were you I'd be reading the bad reviews of the company because they are all true. Every. Single. One. (Read AZ Sourcing reviews too. The positive ones are lies because the executives were threatened with their jobs if they didn't do it back then.) Funding has dried up, the government is involved. (Do research in the Phoenix Business Journal on the company and you'll see what has been going on) This isn't the only EB5 funded project (mostly investors from China) in America and not all are this shady. It was a project that started in 2010 and supposed to be up and running in 2012. To calm the naysayers, groundbreakings were given, signs put up, concrete poured, and yet all that remains is a bunch of destroyed desert. I feel bad for the people of Casa Grande. They needed the jobs so badly, we all needed the jobs. Employees moved from out of state themselves with their families only to be laid off at the end of December. (They laid off everyone on the PM team except the CEO, on New Years Eve) I hope for everyone's sake they stop hiring people and feeding them the regurgitated information on the project. This company has a long list of lives it's destroyed and doesn't seem to mind or care. In my opinion, If it does end up being built, it won't house American Manufacturers but more of a swap meet of Chinese vendors.
