There was no clear direction for the company. Upper management was also in meeting after meeting, even though nothing ever really came of them. They had high hopes for the project, it just all fell flat with everything always eventually coming.
Many hours were wasted on various projects that never came to be. Everything got to about 75% completion then needed to start over with some new shiny idea.
The people themselves were friendly enough, there were a few bad seeds there.
They "opened" the PhoenixMart Welcome Center (located in Casa Grande) and relocated PhoenixMart staff there. It was not a great environment, office in a almost abandoned outlet mall. It was far away from most employees homes in the Phoenix area, it was not given as an option to work down there, employees were required to commute or move.
