Pros
There’s a great team here that works together well. They probably treat their people better than anyone else in the canna industry
Cons
It’s a startup so there could be less stability than a larger more established company. Benefits are very basic, which also comes with the startup territory.

Pros
People are high caliber and work as a cross-functional team for any role you're hired for. Executives take the time to listen to feedback and elevate you in your position. Fully remote or hybrid opportunities available make it a great place to work.
Cons
Start-up environment, multiple hats to wear. Pay and benefits aren't the greatest, but not the worst.
