      - nice office - friendly people

      - no leadership or strategy guiding the direction or success of the company - siloed work environment - office politics with employees of seniority limit opportunities for growth

      There’s a great team here that works together well. They probably treat their people better than anyone else in the canna industry

      Cons

      It’s a startup so there could be less stability than a larger more established company. Benefits are very basic, which also comes with the startup territory.
