Some of the employees are great New office is cool but that's not a reason to work for a company

LOW pay. Benefits aren't great PTO sucks - they make you take mandatory PTO (using your days) All the men directors (who barely know what is going on in the company) got promoted to VPs, no women. They expect you to work 24/7 ("work is most important in life") Culture is absolutely trash, starts with the president of the company Leadership is VERY cliquey and rude Lots of family / related employees, some that aren't qualified for their jobs Sketchy things going on with their wholly owned clinics (probably not legal) The attrition rate is like 60% if that tells you anything. Advise you to look elsewhere for a job - save yourself the headache.
